Prove it! SEC had nothing on Sorkin or.....

Sorkin would not be allowed to still have a position with the company if the SEC ran him off. The SEC doesn't just tell someone to step down or face jail time. That isn't how it works. Show us where the SEC told him if he didn't step down, he would go to jail. If the SEC found serious wrong doings on him, he would be banned for life from having an executive position on a publicly traded company. He would not have been allowed to stay on as C.O.O.
Making statements about how you don't like his ways of running a company are one thing. Even talking about dilution is one thing although you talk like dilution is something new in the OTC Pinks (name an OTC pink company that does not dilute). Anyway, arguing that stuff is one thing but saying he needs to be in jail and saying that the only reason he isn't in jail is because he stepped down as CEO is completely irresponsible to say because you do not know what you are talking about. If the SEC told him to step down or face jail, they would have stripped him from his rights to serve in any capacity for a publicly traded company. Yet he is out front running the show. Everyone who deals with the company goes through him. He wouldn't be putting himself out there on the front lines of the company every day if the SEC told him to get out.
Keep with facts. There are plenty of facts to argue without speculating or making statements that not only do you not have any proof of but common sense should tell you they aren't true. Sorkin is a huge part of this company. I am not his biggest fan in the world either but like it or not, he is a big part of this company and he was not told by the SEC to step down. They would have made him step out completely if that were the case. Don't think either that he stepped down on his own just to stop an investigation. The SEC will not just say, oh well we can all go home now because Sorkin stepped down. Nothing more to see here. If they had anything on him they would have prosecuted him and not just dropped everything because he stepped down from CEO to COO.
