has no effect on share price today. It is his money and if he is in Hawaii and comes away empty handed then the market will deal with it. He sold shares to the lenders at a discount because this is his business and he can do that if he wishes. No pink or QB makes money off of the sales of shares. The OS as of yesterday morning is 924,862,512 million shares. That looks like a slight increase that reflects the remnants of the share conversions that we were informed about. The OS is still below 1 billion. This is typical OTC stock behavior once the momo is gone. The MMs will milk the downside...it is what they do to make money. Sell if you are uncomfortable or buy if you think it will pop.
