I'm going way out on the limb here, I think an audit takes at least 2mos., and possibly 6mos. In the PR it was stated the audit was to be initiated mid-July. I do not know what their REAL motive is

Like Paperlion and everyone else, their lack of transparency has just left me in the dark. It's why I'm not adding any more. But I think they damn well know what they are doing ---now. They seem to be weighing their options, and I hope R/S is not one of them.

E.g., they have to know if the African J/V is "propaganda"(I feel more comfortable with that word), or if we are on the verge of a serious, profitable, adventure which they know is gonna cost them the 2B AS increase.

The profits could therefore be used to reduce back the share structure, plus some cancelling of others. Russell Smith does have a history of doing some of this.
