I think they'll charter boats like 'Toisa Paladin' or perhaps they will end up owning the 'Samson', when it comes to contracts with Petrolog they would use their newly acquired DP vessel, I hope they keep the 'Sea Horizon', a classic pipe lay barge. By not having a fleet that is under utilized they get to bank all the money they used to pay for lay up which is millions a year per vessel, look at Oceaneering they have 4 boats only and employ 12000 people worldwide. A lot of money is owed Cashman and I would expect them to work with them using some of their vessels. That form 15 is interesting since they have to report with assets over 10 mil. Since the Sea and UncleJ have not sold the filing is premature imo, and seems like they might have picked up a sponsor or merger partner that will pick up the responsibility of reports, one other thing VP Lisa Buchannan has left and that's a sign of a merger as new management is on the way, GL nice to read the last few posts and I think it would be a real shame to have a American company like Caldive just swept away.
