Fan was in LA from May 30 and arrived back in Taiwan June 15th. Wonder what he was doing in LA? I guarantee it was not for a vacation.

He could have easily filed for BK and walked away clean but stuck around to find a way out for all of us. Remember one very important aspect, he owns stock just like the rest of us, got money invested just like us, got screwed just like us. Unlike us he is trying to do something.
