About Us:
PMX Communities Inc. as a precious metals incubation company had a vision to build an American-made gold dispensing terminal. The MGIV gold machine was launched and successfully tested, and it is continuously being technologically updated to enhance the next version of dispensing terminals.
PMX continues to build newer versions of our machine hoping to bring innovative products to today's consumer. The newest version of the MGIV is the LXIV BUD BOX terminals. These terminals are for cannabis and non-cannabis products to be dispensed in MJ & MMJ dispensaries and medical clinics.

Public Company News:
The company is completing preparation for filing our 10Q this week and working on bringing revenues to the bottom line in the near future. PMX is a fully reporting company and we will file timely as we always have. It has been brought to our attention again that message boards have been saying nasty rants about the company and we are not in control of the inaccurate facts they may write. None of the insiders have unloaded their share positions to our knowledge and their commitment to PMX is as strong as it has always been. Company News:
We are coming off a very quiet first two quarters as we build the new infrastructure of the company. We engaged a consultant to help us transform the company this quarter to a formidable MJ player. PMX has been introduced to many potential partners globally and we are confident this will bring a new direction for the company.
The company signed an MOU with a Canadian partner to launch the Bud Box on an exclusive basis into Canada once the legislations have been ironed out in the country. For clarification, although MJ products are sold in dispensaries in Western Canada and some Eastern provinces it is not a legalized industry yet and most of these stores operate in a grey area and we will wait for the Federal government to mandate how cannabis can be sold into dispensaries. Those terminals presently in dispensaries in British Columbia for example are operating in non-government approved dispensaries and we will comply with the law. PMX will be working with this company to launch a private label Bud Box into already approved medical clinics which are different than potential dispensary partners with the coordination of already approved licensed producers.

This is a growing time for the company and we will be retooling our website to focus on our new direction. We continue to feel strongly that the cannabis industry in the US is still in its infancy and globally we will engage more strategic alliances. We are not concerned that we have not created a strong footprint yet as many terminals before us have closed their operations and it is still wide open for us to create an international presence.
