I understand your comment here, but I am not posting simply to post. I am attempting to communicate openly so we can form trust and transparency. While we may not get everything right, we certainly are working diligently to build a strong Company over years, not days.
Being listed on the OTC does not afford a Company exposure like NASDAQ so I feel it important to openly communicate where those can learn about the Company. iHub is one of those destinations where shareholders can learn about Managment, our Products and our Statements that we put out into Public Domain.
That said, we recently published two Press Releases and filed an Information Statement outlining the a potential increase in the amount of Authorized Common Stock. The press releases were to shed light on the current financings / share structure of the Company. As filed in our recent Q, the Company has financed itself through either direct equity investments or convertible notes. Regarding convertible notes, we are working through retiring / converting several of them and are getting close to being completed with that process. We are seeking to transition away from convertible debentures and get the Company into a position for a different financing product which will be more manageable. We will be publishing an 8-K to memorialize that.
As I have mentioned before if anyone has any questions at all, please feel free to contact me directly and I will walk through our public facing documents and explain in detail. There is no reason for a Founder to not be open with his Shareholders and that is all that I am attempting to do ... not just here but anywhere our Shareholders are.
