Hempcoin is a Digital Currency for a Green Future
If you've heard of Bitcoin you've also heard how hard they are to obtain. Bitcoin is widely accepted across a variety of industries, but had little attention in it's early days therefore restricting access to new comers.

The Hempcoin, on the other hand, is a highly focused digital currency for the hemp industry, built of the source of Bitcoin and Litecoin, and because of this has much better potential to continue to be fairly distrubted. The idea is that Hempcoin will balance out stably at about one dollar US per coin. This means no hording and lots of spending. Much like hemp, the Hempcoin is made for sharing.

As the banks in the United States are not accepting legally obtained cash for hemp transactions, the Hempcoin team is currently working to provide a transaction service to utilize a point of sale terminal with a smart card system. This system will be able to provide transaction service to the hemp industry.
