Below $50....even $60. Not with a bank involved !
Also very unlikely there will be independent investment for
Lisencing technology until it's clear there is new demand
For oil.
Questioning the recent loan for additional
250 bpd plant. The note is due in Feb 2016.
Need a serious equity raise to pay for that.
