Let's recap, they sued Tom Klein for fraud, at the same time he was still a director of the company? Why in god's name would you still have him on as a director if you are suing him?
They sued Robert Ian for failure to perform his contract, and ended up paying him $35,000.
Wayne Colwell sued the company for back wages, and they ended up paying him, finally.
They got a judgment against Pinnacle, which I believe they will never collect.
Still time for the next pump and dump though, let's pump it from .0015 to .004 or so, yet again.
