I'd rather ask you why BRAV is not registered. Over the years, management talked about listing in other exchanges to give the impression that they would be registered at some point. Never happened. Why do you think that never happened? I have my thoughts, but I'd rather hear of yours. Wouldn't you think that a company that took your money as an investment might want to prove that they are the " up and up "? Maybe that doesn't mean that much to you.
