my previous post has been totally distorted.
the gist of my post was that uspr, under many, many different managements, has stated many, many things that have either been cancelled or have never happened.
the rtc deal was a sham from the beginning and only served to enrich insiders. THIS IS INDISPUTABLY TRUE. the fact it has been cancelled does not negate the fact it never should have happened in the first place.
faulty deals have been going on here for many years and many management teams. this current management team announced a drilling program "team", headlined by a ACT Holdings as their "operator". since there has been no mention of them since, nor any mention of the other subcontractors, how can we possibly know if current management has not announced things then did something else??
as for rtc, there hasn't been a lawsuit yet but nobody as of now can say there will be or there will not be. THAT TOO IS INDISPUTABLY TRUE.
as for the current drilling program, the results may be good or bad, but there is NO DISPUTING that uspr did NOT follow the recommendations of their expert geologists from their previous drilling program.
THAT TOO IS INDISPUTABLE.
