Maybe the merger is too expensive a way to get where they want to go...and maybe MMXT really has little to nothing left to offer SCMI, other than a couple employees that can move over to get salary checks cut from SCMI? SCMI can always move from pinky crap to otcbb without MMXT. MMXT could then be used for some other start up. Who knows, but I'm also not willing to play the MMXT SCMI spread anymore. Isn't the MMXT distribution agreement with SCMI expired about now? It sounds like the ceo of MMXT is either gone or AWOL. Clement and Curan, what are they doing? How is SCMI being financed? Lots of questions and few straight answers...
