In 2011 there were only 332 electric utilitiesbstill using coal. The vast majority of those plant are located in Ohio, penn, w. Virginia and surrounding states. While it would be nice to have none it really isn't that big of a deal as far as the whole country is concerned. Obama is just trying to have a legacy.
