Heres the deal,
David george has a record. He has cease and desist from tennesee on securities fraud. His addresses link him to fino investments and his cease and desist letter. Why he registered the location on active health foods to a virtual office in nevada is beyond me. I dont know where this guy came from, and I dont know how he knows the other players involved.

Hipple is trouble too. Again I dont know why He is the contact for the TA.

But there are a couple of legitimate players here. Why is john griffin apart of this? Blackbridge? Anton & chia? Why would they get in bed with these guys unless they expect results or at least clear some legal hurdles so they get paid.

I do find it annoying that john griffin distances himself from this except with the accesswire stuff. It remains to be seen what is going to happen.

I dont expect the results as much as the hype types so but at some point we should see some kind of pumping based on merger news. Big or small.

And one last thing. Those who yell SCAM, are not doing it because they care. Everyone has more important things to do than warn people on penny stock forums. When someone else dumps there shares, the folks yelling scam are most likely picking those shares up cheap. Thats all I gotta say.
