Sounds Great - On the Pinkies or OTC-BB, there is no need for a reverse stock split - The share count seems right to me. There is only about 130 Million in the float. However, by looking at the Tyche website, we know that News Items have replaced BIGN with Tyche. To me, that means we are definitely have a merger with Tyche. I am not sure what the terms are going to be. I am quite sure it will be positive for us, and get us on the OTC-BB. Many more people are willing to invest in a fully reporting company!!!
