"So at this point in time GW is NOT known to be embedded in Win 10"

Not only is it NOT known to be embedded in Win 10, it is known NOT to be embedded. That was made perfectly clear in a tweet by Michael Keen in response to a question about this. Here's what he said: " first & foremost #Win10 & #Azure r not built on Glassware container tech, but it is a big value add 2 both platforms"

In my view, just being a valuable add-on to both Azure and Win 10 is HUGE. The quote from the article I posted earlier today says a lot too:

Nicole Herskowitz, senior director of product marketing for Microsoft Azure, said. "Sphere 3D's solutions extend the capabilities of Azure enabling customers to seamlessly manage apps and data in a hybrid cloud environment."

In discussing this add-on as opposed to embedded thing with the professional basher on the Yahoo board I used this comparison: "At one time power steering and power brakes were a luxury OPTION on cars. At some point they became so popular that they became standard equipment."

Hopefully GlassWare will become "standard equipment" for Microsoft and maybe others. That would really be something.
