Maybe I am the only one but I would like for Ntephe and the BOD to have to stand up in front of a roomful of shareholders and answer the questions you just asked and a lot of other questions as well. You are probably right that the BOD would get re-elected. But I would like to withhold my vote from them because they have done an even crappier job of overeeing this company than Ntephe has done running it.

Bottom line is Ntephe would have to crawl out from under his desk and do some explaining. He has been hiding behind a wall of meaningless words and FAQs for way too long. How about making the guy earn a small piece of his salary for a change? Does any of that appeal to you or would you prefer to keep doing nothing except complain about it on a stock message board? I don't know about you but I'm a little tired of doing that. It gets old.
