IGEX Took over CLARIDGE VENTURES in SEPT 2013 but only started operating officially as IGEX in January 2014. The old company which they did not files. However...I am happy John trying to come CLEAN with the sec is the big plus. I am patience and willing to give them more time to move forward with the company business plan.

I don't see much downside from here, but the up side could be life-changing.
