B.S. is limited to sell a maximum of 100,000 shares per week which should have no affect on price. If anything, he may be buying some last week.

Seriously??? Suggesting that BS Schneiderman is "being a smart buyer" by scooping up shares at these "absurd prices"?

Pray tell, what exactly would even be the stretchy logic by which someone who already owns 19M essentially free shares of a stock that has lost nearly 100% of its value since its $1.05 peak would even consider putting any of his own money in to buy more shares of a stock that his portfolio is already suicidally over-weighted and over-exposed to? BS Schneiderman is a near-octogenerian -- are you suggesting that he is as brain dead as JOSEPH ZAMPETTI, SEAN FITZGIBBONS, and all the other criminal CORE members, and would want his retirement portfolio to be comprised of toxic penny stocks???

And as I stated previously, if you are trying to suggest that BS Schneiderman is adding to his horde of shares instead of selling -- then please explain why the BOD felt it had to impose restrictions on his selling as a formal part of his termination agreement?

That's what I thought...

I never said that BS Schneiderman was dumping and impacting the share price currently. What I responded to was simply laying out the FACTS re: the common mis-conception about SCRC's float and identifying the 4 biggest mystery components that have a material impact on the float -- of which BS Schneiderman's 19M shares is one.

I would suggest that any retail speculators or long investors read the 8K that was filed re: BS Schneiderman's termination. I bet most if not all retail participants did not realize that the max cap of shares that BS Schneiderman can dump in a week can actually rise to 1M shares and is not simply 100k shares per week as you stated. And so if you are suggesting to folks that if/when 1M shares does hit the bid that it "should have no affect on price", well that sounds very much like something that the moron CORE member cosmo would say -- after all, he was the same CORE pumper who attempted to lure newbies by spreading the asinine pump that "SCRC can ring the bell twice and double-dip by counting the same revenues twice when PIMD sells raw materials to Main Ave and then Main Ave sells the compounded Rx to the customer!!!"
