When a stock is about to up-list, make no mistake, plenty of people know about it. Investors who follow these up-listings know it is a good bet that the value will go up afterwards. The problem is they can't get in ahead of time.
What I believe happened in the last few months, was standard operating procedure for up-listings.
1. Scare tactics- Law suits, Bringing up "Old bad news" not relevant anymore.
2. Bashing- New people on the boards bashing the stock as a tactic to keep price low.
3. Little interest in buying ( Institutional investors have to wait).
4. Create doubt and fear anyway possible.

The reason the price goes up so much after an up-listing is that the "fair market value" of the stock was
manipulated downward beforehand. If you do your own research, you will find this to be routine and
widespread. Good times are ahead for all longs! Very strong buy! Less

Sentiment: Strong Buy
