The Stockton 2 well was acidized and showed little if any improvement. They very likely perfted in a location not favorable, as they did the first time. The well is considered shut-it. Also it is no longer operated by Texas Sands and Chris Tesarski. The lease has been transferred back To Jackobot of US.Fuels with word that he has been looking for a buyer of interest in the Stockton 3 well. Treaty and Treaty's "investors" will see no benefit from the Stockton Lease.
