I thought the raise in AS on 7/7/15 would have off set any need to RS for a while and some believe that it will as there are debentures coming due for sale in Sept, but another stock HEM* also raised their AS back in June then RS on Friday 7/31. So who knows what this company has planned. Would the entity coming due to begin selling their shares this Sept welcome a RS? Their shares will RS too and if the price tanks, so does their debenture investment they waited so long to sell. What do you think of this scenario I just noted?
