This is old news from last year and the current share structure has not changed....
There was a post by a member who who stated that they talked to either Slotkin or another director that this move was designed to protect against a take over of the company when the as/os/ and float was much lower..
I know alot of companies claim this but since then there hasnt seemed to be significant volume to suggest dilution....BUT, and that's a big but, this is the wild wild west of the stock markets....


You might be right Green, but i will hope against hope you aren't....
