We don't know how much they will buy back and we also don't know if they will issue more shares or not...is that a valid reason not to buy or to buy at all...? If there's uncertainty, all one has to do is simply not buy lol or take a risk and find out. There's always risk in ANY stock on the Nasdaq and the OTC...money is made when risks are taken whether based on speculation or after having all the DD necessary to make an informed decision.
