btw when ever one see's the word record date...as related to the dividends it pertains only to the date one must actually be holding shares to in order receive the dividend.

btw authorized shares must also be there to cover any preferred shares that have been issued even if none have ever been exchanged...but they must be there to cover said...actually that is common knowledge by informed traders!

now should I ever hear any intelligent rebuttals from any of the investing public challenging my knowledge of said events covered above then I will comeback to show they really were not that intelligent @ all...the rebuttals that is...as my knowledge like my accreditation is verifiable & has been for some time.
