Hello all. Haven't been around a lot but trying to keep up with events.

Just my opinion, but being the evening of the 31st and the start of the weekend, nobody really has a definite answer as to whether the docs got filed on time or not.

They could have submitted the paperwork at 4:59pm to NV SOS or near whatever the end of office hours are and I doubt the current status would be updated before Monday. It could take even longer than that.

If someone were to call Monday AM and asked NV SOS if the paperwork was submitted and they say YES or NO, then we have a solid answer.

These docs were big-time important. Never mind who is around and who isn't. The business license was set to expire today. I'm sure that situation has it's own consequences. It certainly doesn't lend much credibility filing something like this after the deadline. But,it may be a while before we know what the scoop is.

Until then, I'm not even going to try to draw any conclusions
