I'm just waking up from a great dream... But your comment makes sense to me...
Google should buy Vringo for $2 billion or so and then collect that $2b back from ZTE and all the other infringers...
Google gets out of their mess with Vringo without any publicity about how they stole the Lang-Kosak IP or how they conspired with ZTE to manipulate VRNG stock, and they probably wind up making a profit by prosecuting all the Nokia IP.... So Google wins again ... and we all ride off into the sunset with our share of the $2b.
Back to my dream now...
