He can dump up to 2 Billion shares total as of now. Yes, you can bet the O/S is easily over the 905 Million as of last Friday. A lot of shares were dumped this week in anticipation of the conference call flop.

So everyone knows its over 905 Million O/S a week ago. Id bet its borderline 1 Billion O/S and he has 1 Billion to dump at his disposal now. The float stays very close to the total O/S. So he has a lot of room to dump a lot of new shares. Double actually, from where it was two weeks ago. And he knows hes on the clock for the 10 day penny rule now(hence the RS fly-by mention on the call). That wont get hit anytime soon. It cant get a one day fat finger now. It needs to maintain and not drop a day below a penny for two trading weeks. And its a "BID" of .01. People need to read the rules carefully. Heading into the tax selling season, none of these new shares are going to help that cause. Just like when I said you can get any 14s you want, and was told no way. 14s sat on the ask a few times today. And when it wasnt it didnt have any issues dumping to it. This is just turning into another bloated PandD fizzle of any momo it once had.

Even their new location now cant hold 50% bookings. Costly, and cant hold 50% occupancy on weekends isnt good.
