And now one wonders why they moved the ASM up and "needed" that ole Item 2 to pass so desperately bad "on time", the options repricing SCAM (IMO) little gig "deal" for the big boys.

LOOK AT THE TIMING. ALMOST TO THE INSTANT that Wotton's big ole pile of free share grant options are vesting- the stock was taken down near ROCK BOTTOM. Holy cow- this stink to high heaven IMO. BAD. REAL BAD.

He just vested-in a HUGE junk of stock at $4.23 and THEE NEXT DAY the stock comes off bottom in a big ole "magic POP". This stinks like GARY-VILLE IMO. I mean stinks bad to me. REAL BAD.

WOW is all I can say. The "timing" is lets say in near "miracle" territory IMO. Stunning. He just got himself 100K shares priced near the bottom- the near perfectly timed bottom. And it pops off bottom THE NEXT DAY???????? WHAT???????
