BINGO! Not to be overly skeptical, but I find it highly unlikely that edigital was paid $1.2mm for its design work on this.

I will be thrilled if that is the case, but .... gee, just don't see that spelled out as clearly as I would like ..in order to believe it.

I am sure someone will write RP and ask him. Should be very straightforward response. Yes, edigital got $1.2MM or No, that was the revenues for the orders....and edigital got a design fee and edigital's revenue was $XX for design, $sXX for licensing fees on the initial order.

Are licensing fees or royalties forthcoming on this project?
