At the same time = here we go

Once they start the share selling scheme, and see how easy it is to forget about pushing the company forward, and creating and or manipulating the business model to actually function , aka moving money, then it's a done deal.

And with legislation the way it stands, it's not at all looking good.

At the same time, that is what time it is for the OTC isn't it
