I see you still dont understand what happened. DFMI was created by DFI to replace it because DFI COUND NOT COMPLETE THE ITERATED LICENSE REQUIREMENTS. Everyone and everything was moved into DFMI. Merger or not is a non-issue. These were not two random companies deciding to merge DFI created a shell and moved into it. Its a simple concept the jury will easily understand it. And its all confimed by video, paperwork, SEC filiings, Iterated license, IRS tax filings, everything. NOTHING says any different so keep grasping that straw.
