Bayport does not pay for maintenance-not exactly

on their leased wells, as they receive net revenue interest.

They may receive net "revenue interest", but the revenue is non-existent. Where in the OTC annual did they give the production rate, and revenue received from the Steffelbeam wells? Oh, that's right they didn't. That holds for all the rest of the dry wells.

And yes it's correct to state BAYP doesn't pay maintenance on their recently acquired plugged Okie wells. Outside of checking the plugs, there is no maintenance for plugged wells. Which was precisely the point of my previous post.
