Naturally after all this time, I was eager to see their financials. Gross revs 38MM 2013 vs 49MM in 2014. Net profits 5.9mm in 13 and only 3.8mm in 2014. So unless they continue posting financials, I would not think this is a steal at 10.77 or higher. 7.4million shares outstanding.

3.8/7.4= .51eps Of course, they have big plans to expand and the latest acquisition may have puffed up SG&A for 2014 but I don't think it's a standalone buy without further proof that they are on a growth path with higher profits.

So after reading the background info and financials, I pondered whether to take a tiny 10 bagger or hold and hope for more. That took 2 seconds and I pressed the sell button.
