Do you understand what dilution is? You don't seem to! No argument that the entity holding the $100,000. promissory note may (at their discretion) convert the note to shares of restricted Kallo common stock at the level that you referenced. However, dilution DOES NOT occur unless the number of outstanding shares increases. It has absolutely nothing to do with the market makers!! Market capitilization is determined by the share price X the number of outstanding shares, PERIOD!!!!!!!!
