Afternoon could get interesting as the short sale circuit breaker rule was triggered at 3:11pm yesterday. Within 50 minutes, ANY bottomed and ended up 5+% from when the circuit breaker was tripped. The rule puts in place an uptick rule, which prevents the execution or display of a short sale order of a covered security at a price that is less than or equal to the current national best bid.

It's purpose is to prevent short selling, including potentially manipulative or abusive short selling,
from driving down further the price of a security that has already experienced a decline. The rule is in effect for the remainder of the current trading as well as the following day (today).

BTW another note about Clinton Group is that owns more ANY (in $ value) than it does in either HP, Ingram Micro, VMW, MSFT, or even NFLX. ANY is currently in the top 20% most valuable to their portfolio.
