Pepper Is this true? Ortiz owns this many shares? I didn't see it in the last filing? If Ortiz sold his shares wasn't he suppose to file something to let the share holders know he sold. But if he still holds why didn't Soum list it in their last filing. I thought this is a pupils company. Letting the shareholders know this public knowledge something is wrong here?
