The reason why is because "No one" here knows the actual share count they are "Assuming" its share count from their last filing but as we see Dilution has been evident which is probably one reason why they switched Transfer Agents from Quicksilver to Interwest just recently and until the company updates and provides the current information to the new T/A assuming is all we can do. Could be a run play or could be a haircut play.
