To icg0176-Andrew-Beam11 I agree with all of what you said. I am disapointed in management at this time. I will vote no on the shares and i will vote to oust the board....probably will not happen but at least there will be a few no votes out there and hopefully mangement will correct itself. At least they will know that there some of us who disagree with the course management is taking at this time.

I am not a basher as I am a "senior long" on this board and have always been behind management but enough is enough. Time to draw a line in the sand.....
