Should YA either call a default or take the company private, all becomes said and done. The end will have arrived (in the absense of an injunction).
Should YA extend the debt (again), I will share additional thoughts.
Regardless of the outcome this becomes a material event and Neom should be required to announce news within four business days of August 1st (the current due date for the debt). I suggest awaiting the news, at which time we will be in a better position to speculate.
In the interim, I pray YA extends (I am now of the opinion they will), and STRONGLY advise ALL iHubbers against acquiring ANY new shares.
All of the above...strictly one man's opinion.
Best,
BC
