I have e-mailed Mr. Matlin several times asking for an update of the number of shares outstanding. We know the authorized number, yet we have no way to know if the company is selling more at this time. It would be interesting to know if a company that is talking about a buy back in the future is, at present, selling shares this cheap.

It's not like I am asking for anything that management should wish to keep secret for tactical reasons.

So far no answer. I'll try again.
