What are you even posting? That news means absolutely nothing. If you pay attention to the boards previous post before you pumped came in this week to push this, you will see that they are no longer working with booster pack to publish the initial game. I spoke with Claire singleton personally last September and she mentioned the game was supposed to be out for beta in late October and nationwide November. Which never happened. Right after booster pack posted this on their website:

Quick update from the team at Booster Pack; we are working very hard on our first game and we are in full development of the game. Would love to share more details on the game but we aren’t quite ready for that yet.
Our team has been expanding and it will continue to expand as we move onto future games, as such, we have outgrown our space at GSC so we are happy to announce that we are setting up moving into a new, bigger, office in December.
We are also announcing that we are no longer in a partnership or co-publishing our first game with Cyberworld Studios this would also include any future products or business. As anyone in game development knows things change during a development cycle to improve the product and the same can occur with partnerships. This split has not affected Booster Pack or the first game we have in development.
We are very excited about our first game and can’t wait to share more information on it very soon, so stay tuned!

Just because they aren't under investigation doesn't mean the SEC was made aware of the manipulation here and failure to respond to shareholders. It's a lot deeper than you guys think.
