WD44 - one just needs to look at ALL the possibilities and ignore misleading only negatives!

Only the CUSIP has been suspended by the FINRA (not the SEC) as of 27 JUL and filed on 24 JUL with the FINRA. And of course the company has been dissolved. The clean debt-free shell DOES exist and could still be used for a reverse merger play regardless of misleading attempts to say otherwise! Do your own DD, all factual information can be found on the internet that proves the shell still can be used and will before this is all said and done.

How about a Form 211???
