Settlement conference August 06. Folks I dont know how close you have been following this one but proceedings have been going on for a very long time but it looks like there is light at the end of a long tunnel. It is very tough to get shares as there is not much available and between 800,000 and 900,000 total out. If you are holding some that's great. If not you need to bid high maybe 4 or 5 bucks just to get some but that is dirt cheap compared to what this one my settle out at so do your research and due diligence and any advice seen here is merely opinion.

Don't hesitate because if you do you will be kicking yourself that you didnt grab this opportunity...
