Plugger may be repeating himself but it doesn't fit the definition of spam or spamming. Since there is little else to actually discuss about the company except the history, what else is there to say other than pure speculation which could be considered "pumping" of one kind or another.
Plugger is not speculating but relating his on experience and opinion, exactly what message boards are about IMO.
