You better say there were 1.9m shares bought and sold.... For every sale there is a buy... Buying it on bid is the same as buying it on ask... If some bought on the ask at 55 and the bid jumped to 56 resulting in another transaction, you clasify that second transaction as a sale at 56? Absurd! Many transactions like that happens today!
