I agree with you.
That said-there is always the possibility that it is in the game plan for them to buy some shares on the open market somw time in the future in collusion with mm's in a scheme to get a special self serving temporary rise in the stock price to lure in new investors only to let the air our of tires eventually which the shorting, hedge funds, etc. are quite adept at doing.
Wotton and company may not be savvy and competent from the investor point of view but sure as heck are when it comes to taking care of their own needs and those of their buddies.
