For those who really want to know what has really happened here and what is being covered up, this should help you understand the whole situation. As for those jumping in now for a quick flip for big profits and don't like to see this kind of stuff come up, you may have to suck it up, because is real and it has big consequences for the fraud that was committed by management with the Nulief launch that we now know never got launched anywhere. I'm sure I will take some heat from those who think we should give them more time to turn this around, but I know without Nulief and CBD, nobody will be interested in this stock, other than a quick flip. These quick flippers will do their best to pump it up and put me down. I am well prepared with the facts that prove their fraud and I will use these facts to defend myself.

Hey Zeke I no longer have private messaging and my plan is to see James and Kras get prosecuted for the whole Nulief fraudulent launch that never launched anything anywhere, despite them saying they did in press releases and interviews.

I think we would be around 5 or 6 cents by now, if in fact they would have launched Nulief as they stated they were going to do in their PR's. Given the fact that nobody could ever find any actual Nulief for sale anywhere, while the company did more and more toxic funding w/Sason, eventually caused the share price to collapse.

Now they want to quietly sweep it all under the rug with no explanation whatsoever to shareholders, as to why they they never actually launched Nulief when they announced they did. Not only is that inexcusable it is also very illegal, which is why I am pursuing a class action suit and filing a complaint with the sec.

We don't deserve to suffer these consequences of their fraud and at the very least, I can and will see they suffer a much worse fate for their actions. Being one tick away from the very bottom while they suspend their CBD Initiative & Nulief indefinitely, without a single PR on the matter, was more than enough for me to take action. A class action suit may not result in much compensation to make up our losses, but it will cause them some grief and hurt their credibility from here on out. This was such a blatant fraud it will be easy to prove!

I mean who does that? Has a HUGE launch event and state in a PR that a new product is now available for sale in a named location, without ever actually sending them any product, nor following up on a product they stated to the world was just launched into this one specific location. Did these clowns think we wouldn't notice that Nulief wasn't ever launched anywhere? Kras was even so bold as to say in an interview that Nulief was available in multiple dispensaries in multiple states. Wow! It takes a lot of balls or plain stupidity to be so bold to commit such a blatant fraud for everyone to see, that could so easily be proven! Since we know them so well, I will go with the latter.

What was even more unbelievable was the fact that I spoke with Kras about this and told him that if we didn't get a PR explaining the whole situation about Nulief by the end of this month, I would be looking to bring a class action suit against them and reporting them to the SEC. then I found out James told someone who called him, that Nulief would never be introduced to the mainstream public, because of not wanting to jeapordize the company due to the legality issues surrounding Nulief. When questioned, this someone who claimed to have spoken w/James, started to retract what he said when he found out this would be easily considered insider information. So did this someone really speak w/James or did he just make it all up? Well I decided to contact them and give them the opportunity to set the record straight about Nulief. Then after I confirmed they read my message, they failed to respond in some way to tell us what was really going on with Nulief and dismiss what this someone stated from a conversation he said he had w/James. Now usually I wouldn't bother with what someone said about a conversation they had with the CEO, but given what was NOT going on w/Nulief and the fact that they removed Nulief from their homepage and in their PR's under "About Inergetics", along with removing the reference to NRTI on the NuliefCBD.com website, I was impelled to give them an opportunity to respond. When they did not by the deadline I gave them, I knew it was time to expose this fraud that they now want to quietly sweep under the rug.

Basically it boiled down to taking action right now to start exposing this fraud, which is what I am doing. If some don't agree with what I am doing, that is just fine, but don't expect me to backoff. I made a huge mistake in believing what was going to happen with Nulief, as they said would happen. I have to take full responsibility for getting caught up in this, but the one fact remains, if they had actually launched Nulief as they led us to believe, the situation here would be much different. I knew the impact that Nulief would have on the share price if in fact it was introduced to mass retailers after the test marketing in dispensaries, as they stated in their PR's. Nulief would be the first and only CBD product selling in mass retailers, which would not only produce huge sales & profits, but it would have had a huge impact on the share price also. I mean they would have no competition on the shelf next to them and they wouldn't have to compete within the ocean of supplements, because of different CBD is from all the other supplements over flowing on the shelves. It was an opportunity of a lifetime that these idiots screwed up. Like I said, it would be totally different if in fact Nulief was actually launched and failed, but we will never know that, since they never launched it anywhere. This is why I will not idly sit by and do nothing.

They way I see it is, there must have been something else surrounding Nulief that we don't know about and maybe never would if nothing is done to force them to reveal it through a legal recourse. I mean if in fact Nulief was produced as they stated during the launch, there wouldn't be a question of a legal issue preventing the actual launch to retail. This is the whole reason so many others are out there selling CBD produced from hemp obtained outside the US. The legal precedent prevents anyone, including the FDA to prosecute them for selling a CBD product produced from hemp obtained in the proper way. Now tell me, why would they now pullback and not launch Nulief if in fact it was produced as they said and after all the money, time and energy they put into creating Nulief with the help of their impressive advisory board? I think either it is too expensive to import the hemp and extract the cannabinoids to produce the product with their limited funds or there is something about the actual formulation that is different than what they showed on the Nulief packaging mockup.

I mean if James and Kras know there is a problem with the formulation that could cause a legality issue and decided to hide it from us, it might well explain why they had had no intention of ever actually launching Nulief. I mean what else could it be, if neither of these are the case? Either way they are trying to quietly cover it up by trying to distance themselves and the company from Nulief, which is why they are going to great lengths now to remove any association with the Nulief brand to NRTI. Nothing else makes sense and since this has cost us shareholders dearly, I will force their hand to find out what really caused the non-launch of Nulief, after touting the launch for months and saying it is available when they knew all along it wasn't available anywhere.

I will continue to try and keep everyone updated as I run the gauntlet to try and bring about some justice here. I am always open to discussing the issue and interested in any additional information regarding the Nulief situation. I'm not saying I have all the answers about what happened here, but I am trying my best to find out what they are hiding from us. Please feel free to email me at ccowboytrader@gmail.com if you want to keep our conversation private. I give you my word that I would never share what you want to remain private. This decision to take this recourse with the company is going to be real pain in the butt for me, but given their arrogance over the matter, I am willing to do what it takes. Cheers!
