Could break lose at any minute. Low volume is allowing some manipulators to hold down the pps, hoping to fill those big bloc (500k) orders but not having any luck. Nobody is selling. Any buying pressure could bust this lose. Bidders will become chasers in quick order! May get news this afternoon.
